The Business of Business
Scott Weaver helps business owners find success in their business and in life.
Take away: In order to be successful in business, you have to focus on numbers in the business.
Action step: Keep track of your income and expenses and when it will occur.
Money Learnings: Scott’s family is the farming business. They would sell crops once a year so they had to make the money last. His money learning came from watching his parents run the farm.
Bio: Since 2011, Scott has operated his own business consulting company. His background includes experiences as a CEO of a high-tech start-up and many years as an engineer at well-known tech companies. In spite of living in rural Oregon, his success is measured by being married 24 years to a wonderful wife, owns house and cars, time to volunteer-mentor start-up companies, and send kids to private colleges. Scott has personally faced the challenges of running a business and a family at the same time. Scott launched the Arise2Live Podcast with the motivation to share what he learned along the way, so you can reach a place of thriving faster than he did.
